Remote Desktop Procedure to Connect to ITS Lab Computers

As of the week of October 26-30, 2020 ITS has changed the way you connect to the remote windows computers found in list at the bottom of the page. You can no longer just enter the IP access of the remote computer into the RDP application. You have to reserve the computer ahead of time and download the RDP configuration file for the computer you want to connect to. This reservation is only good for three (3) minutes, so connect quickly.
