When printer is installed you will need to add your Dept. printing code.
  - From the start menu... Go to **Settings** --> **Devices** --> **Printers & Scanners**.
  - Click on the printer in the list.
  - Click **Manage**.
  - Click **Printing Preferences**.
  - Switch to the **Detailed Settings** tab.
  - Choose **Job Setup** from the top left menu.
  - In the bottom right area, add your printing code in the **User Code** text box.
  - Click the **OK** button.
